Card details are required when booking and held securely, but no payment is taken. 

Any cancellations made within 48 hours will not be charged and offered a free reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% (with notice) or 100% (no show) of the treatment cost.


All training courses & events are booked and paid in advance. These are non-refundable once booked, but event scheduling options may be available in some circumstances if the original event date can not be attended.

Due to the nature of the access to online courses, once purchased we can not offer refunds or exchanges.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email me at for postal address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
