Her Sacred Shadow is a deeply intimate, 4-week online ceremonial container for women ready to transmute womb-held shadows into embodied wisdom, liberation, and love.

Through guided shamanic journeys, ancestral healing, sacred rituals, shadow integration, and womb alchemy, we enter the inner underworld, not to fix ourselves, but to remember ourselves whole.

What is Womb Shadow Work?

Shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious aspects of ourselves – our ‘shadow’ – which often includes repressed emotions, desires, and aspects we have disowned due to shame, fear, or societal conditioning.

Our womb holds and processes many of these repressed emotions, leading to physical manifestations – such as growths and painful bleeds – as well as creative blocks.
