Drum Circles in Cornwall
These Wild Drum Circles are rooted in connection: to the lunar and solar cycles, to the unseen spirit of the land, and to the wisdom carried within community. Through rhythm, voice, stillness and presence, we awaken the body, soften the mind, and return to something deeply instinctive and alive.
There is something ancient within the rhythm of the drum. When we gather with intention – beneath the moon, beside the fire, upon sacred land – we remember the pulse of the earth within our own bodies.
Drum with Sacred Land
For over 10 years, I have held space in ceremony, healing and embodiment work, weaving together earth-based spirituality, energy healing, seasonal ritual and ancestral remembrance.
My circles are a grounded and welcoming space for people to reconnect with themselves, the land, and one another – whether you are completely new to drumming or already walking a spiritual path.
Alongside in-person gatherings held on sacred sites and in nature, I also offer online circles, free community events, and immersive drum birthing workshops, where you are guided through the sacred process of creating your own ceremonial drum by hand.
No drum experience needed, we have spare drums and rattles if you need!
FAQs
What is the Wheel of the Year Pilgrimage?
The Wheel of the Year Pilgrimage is a sacred journey through the eight seasonal festivals rooted in Celtic and earth-based traditions. It’s a guided experience of deep reconnection with the cycles of nature, the land, and your inner wisdom.
Do I need any prior experience with spiritual or earth-based practices?
Not at all. The pilgrimage is open to all women who feel called, whether you’re just beginning your path or have been journeying with the Wheel for years.
Can I join for just one ceremony or do I need to commit to the full year?
While the full cycle offers the deepest transformation, it is possible to miss individual sabbats and you will still receive the manual with practices. The immersion must be paid in full regardless of missed dates.
What kind of practices are included in the ceremonies?
Each gathering includes a blend of guided rituals, meditations, storytelling, womb wisdom, seasonal magic, and connection with the land, often incorporating herbalism, sound, movement, and circle sharing. There are also some womb based healing practices and group healing work.
Will we be outdoors?
Yes, much of the pilgrimage takes place outdoors in nature, as we honour the elements and ancestral traditions in wild and sacred places. Be prepared for all weather!
Is accommodation or food provided?
Yes there is the option to book accommodation in the cottage or tipis directly with Coskewis. Some events include home-grown vegetarian lunches. These elements may vary depending on the sabbat gathering. You’ll receive full details after booking or upon enquiry.
Can I bring my child, pet or partner?
This pilgrimage is designed as a space for women to journey deeply with themselves and each other. At this time, it’s not open to children, pets or partners unless explicitly stated for a specific event.
Is this Accredited training?
No. This is not training. Though a certificate of attendance awarded on completion, and PDF manuals are given after each ceremony.
